It should be full of people and cyclists, however it show a rush-hour log jam of traffic attempting to move from west to north of the city and vice-versa. The density is so great that the failing infrastructure relatively narrow roads with multiple junctions and contrasting users cannot allow free movement of vehicles. A cyclist even cannot make progress. A careful inspection shows a cyclist attempting to progress along the centre of the road 'overtaking' the stationary vehicles. Notice that the vehicles typically only contain one person - the driver. A major rethink of how the city's transport infrastructure can be used is needed otherwise and otherwise resilient and vibrant city will slowly become glued-up and unfit for purpose.
