While it is an important element of mobility, primarily for private motorized venhículo, its impact on the environment is very strong, it goes much further. Not only solves transport, but it definitely affects the spatial quality of the environment, with great noise and air pollution, divides the district into two parts, making it very difficult to cross pedestrian communication, and excess traffic prevents the possible use of space as a place for walking and green area.
