While the dependence isn't visible in that picture we surely became to feel that a few weeks ago when this wooden pole got replaced. It took two days, during this two days, the electricity has been shot down. Because we live in a multi-use neighborhood, this means that about 200 appartments and 40 stores/bureaus didn't had electricity during two days. As we didn't had warm water, heating, no kitchen elements working and so on, for us it was no problem to survive, but for a business it is more difficult as for example a small convenience store which sells cheese, meat and frozen products. He had to close his shop for 2 days and to store his food elsewhere...
