The five reasons why I live here include:- 1. Housing - The type of housing I live in is called a Flat, namely HDB Flat. The cost of these type of flats in my country is very affordable and helps to optimize the housing space in Singapore. I feel that this is the most important as it is the basic foundations of what most people will need, which is a roof over their heads. 2. Health Care - The area I live in is located very closely next to clinics and other food stalls that readily provide the sale of produce that is beneficial to health, such as fruits and supermarkets. This is the second criteria that I feel is the most important as the provision of proper health care helps to contribute to the high quality standard of living of the people living in the location, which is one of the main concerns in Singapore. 3. Recreation Possibilities - The area I live in is located in close proximity to Shopping Malls, fitness gyms and community clubs, which serve as a great source of entertainment and improves the quality of life and the overall well being of the residents nearby. 4. - Transportation - The area I live in is also in close proximity to public transport in my country, such as MRT trains, buses and taxis, which enables me to have easy access to several places in Singapore. It is also located close to the airport, which is where people can choose to take flights, vacations or tours around the world. 5. - Safety - Singapore has one of the lowest crimes rates in the world. To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria**? 1. - Safety (95/100) 2. - Health Care (100/100) 3. - Job Opportunities (90/100) 4. - Housing (100/100) 5. - Transportation (100/100) General livability score for your city (85/100) **4. What would you change?** I would increase the recreational possibilities (i.e. build more recreational facilities such as swimming complexes or sports centres near the area of my residence), as I feel that it would help to improve not only the quality of life of the people staying at the residence, it would also help to improve their general well-being. I would also introduce the system of more security guard houses to be built near my residence, as it increases the safety at my area of residence, and also helps to increase job opportunities at the same time. **5.
