This decision wanted to improve the agriculture of 42 municipalities. A Rainfed area will become converted into an irrigated area, but also the landscape of the whole area afected by this river water channeling will become transformed. This decision could change not only the lanscape, microclimate,.. but also the economy of this municipalities.
