Cities are the next: - [Yekaterinburg ][1] - [Moscow][2] - [Tyumen][3] - [Surgut][4] - [Chernogolovka][5] Five criteria of liveability for my case are the next: - Average prosperity of inhabitants (ability to do what they want) - Accessibility of life infrastructure (energy, medicine, education, etc.) - Weather conditions (number of warm days, average temperature, etc.) - Fun of living (places to walk, restaurants, cinema, etc.) - Level of pollution and noise Ranking scale: from 1 (the lowest) to 5 (the best).
