A/ Berlín B/ Barcelona C/ Madrid D/ Málaga E/Pamplona 2. The **five characteristics** that I think make liveable a city are: A/ diversity of urban habitats and natural spaces B/ commitment to the people with their city and creation of community spirit C/ strong, permanent, wealthy and public information flows D/ good mobility E/ good climate 3. A/ Offers **good variety** of urban habitats, including historic neighborhoods, the extensions of the XIX and XX century, the urban periphery, the scattered territory of the Costa del Sol between municipalities, etc. It also has good supply of natural areas, gathering in little space beach and coastal areas, with natural parks or mountainous terrain. B/ Although the average **Spanish citizen has gaps in its commitment to the public good**, in recent years has significantly increased its involvement and consistency. In Málaga has rapidly increased the number of committed to the conservation and enhancement of natural, historical and artistic heritage, as well as the general improvement of the city as commons citizens. C/ Levels of **transparency, Open Data, Open Gov, and participation** are still **very low**. It is necessary to implement public and private initiatives to develop those needs, so as to establish a community of strong, well-informed and engaged citizens. D/ Mobility is **still heavily dependent on private cars**, because it has been well promoted for decades. It is necessary to strengthen public transport and facilitate the connection between all systems (subway, bus, taxi, commuter bikes, etc), and penalize the use of private transport. E/ The good weather is **one of the best features of Málaga** and its territorial environment. Especially in winter, when temperatures are milder. Should be more encouraged tourism in autumn and winter. ![Overview of Málaga, Spain][1] [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14178876342406615.jpg
