it is next to many ways of transportation, like, subways, bus lines, airports and others. It is really next to the historical and financial downtown. It is the most developed city of my country I have acess to all since culture till education It is the best place on the country to grown up in the professional area. I would tell it is 60, because it is not too safe too live and the enviroment is too degraded, all because of the fast developing that occured mostly on the twentieth century. I would find a way to build more subway lines (something that our population really uses everyday in a large scale) and make more green areas beyond the parks, but in the streets too.
