**2**. Urban district of Santiago, Santiago of Chile. 1.Transportation: I live in the central area of Santiago next to the principal networks of Transport (metro, buses). 2.Urban Equipment or Infraestructure: The place is near to several Facilities and Services: Universities, Hospitals, Banks, Supermarkets, Parks, Museums, Restaurants, etc. 3.Recreation Possibilities: Santiago is a centralized City. In this sense living at the core of Santiago it is a privilege and offer many possibilities and opportunities to enjoy. 4.Culture: The area it is surrounded by Lastarrias Neighborhood, an area characterized by a cosmopolitan public, art galleries, museums, recreation places and cultural activity. 5.Education: As I explained before, Santiago as a Capital of Chile presents a wide variety of Opportunities to study because the best Chilean Universities Programs and Courses are here. **3.** Culture: 100, Transportation: 100, Education: 80, Infrastructure: 80, Recreation Possibilities: 90. Overall: 90 **4.** As a Major of Santiago Metropolitan area, I would invest in a wider and complete Transport Network in order to improve the distribution of activities and people’s mobility. As I said before, Santiago is affected by an important urban sprawl and presents a huge social and economical segregation. In few words all your opportunities depend on your location. This have a huge impact in people’s life quality. After that, I would reinforce the implementation of Urban Equipment and Local Services in order to develop the urban activity in the rest of Communes and local districts. As a Major of Local Santiago, I would invest in more cultural activities and manage the real estate development in order to balance the densification with the rest of activities and processes. **5.** 1) New York.
