1. Economy (100) 2. Culture (80) 3. Safety (100) 4. Health Care (90) 5. Infrastructure (90) I live in Hong Kong, a very prosperous, culturally interesting, safe (no effective crime), with world class health care and world leading infrastructure. I live in an area called Pokfulam, this is south of HK Island, the air is better, the views are nice, the transportation is excellent and generally less hectic than most of Hong Kong, yet at the same time very close to the city. Overall liveability in Hong Kong is good, 60-70. What would make me change ? If I were king, I would do something about the cost of education and the cost of property. I would open more land up to make building houses easier rather than allow the present monopoly of 4 families controlling everything. We have good schools but there is a severe shortage of places. Not acceptable in a modern society. 5. why we move ? I would not like to move from Hong Kong I like it far too much, but getting my children into a quality of school to my standards would force me to leave. Vancouver, Switzerland Thailand. Vancouver is a safe, prosperous, culturally interesting place with enough good food and good schools. Switzerland, where I used to live, is prosperous, safe, and everything of the highest standards. Thailand, is culturally wonderful, food is wonderful and with high quality of life indices. It is not as safe as the other places, but the quality of the lifestyle and lower cost of living would balance out this. ![Where I live, Pokfulam, Hong Kong.][1] [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14448891712469324.jpg
