Safety 50 4.- Nogales is border with USA, here remain the first problems off the city, people and drug trafic from Mexico to USA and guns traffic from USA to mexico, these take a huge impact in the city, drug lords controlling zones, extend crime activities to rob, kidnaping, charge to business people to let them work. these problems are not able to be fixed with just the city mayor, these are problems of the two nations and Nogales as border it absorbs all these problems. But there is lot to do and change in local, fix mobility, provide each district with parks and green areas, Fight corruption, and see how the city can be sustainable and see the inhabitants mobility as the main factor to change. 5.- Guanajuato, Mexico.
