Why do we live where we live?** I live in Moscow, Russia, for all my life, it's a place where my family, relatives, friends live, where I went to school and graduated from university. ![Moscow-river embankment][1] ![city center][2] ![Historical estate and city park][3] Besides this I can name following reasons: 1. culture 2. job opportunities 3. education 4. economy 5. transportation **3. To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria?** job opportunities - 90% infrastucture - 75% climate - 50% safety - 70% economy - 80% **4. What would you change?** I would change governance, so the people's needs were not only an item in a protocol, improve housing and recreation possibilities, public/private transportation, ecology. **5. Why do we move?** Several months ago I just moved to San Francisco and I can name such qualities as: job opportunities, climate, outdoor activities and healthy lifestyle, culture, open-minded cosmopolitan community. Also I would choose London (great culture, education, job opportunities, cosmopolitan place, transportation) and Rotterdam for same reasons.
