If i was mayor the first thing that i would change would be provision of employment to the youth and provision of soial services in general We mostly move in search of livability or findind a place that we consider livable. i would move to Zurich,Tel aviv,Cambridge . And it is because of their socioeconomy, environment, education since i m still a student ,living options and infrastructure. hence a cities livability can sometimes be defined or seen as an optional attribute since we see the world in different eyes and have different opinions on what we can say on what makes a city livable for us.
