To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria? Personal fullfilment of livability criteria: (1) International Connectivity 90% (2) Job Opportunities 80% (3) Transportation 100% (4) Infrastructure 100% (5) Economy 90% Personal general livability score: 92% 4. What would you change? I felt that the social aspect hasn't caught up yet with the economic growth. I would encourage more programs and initiatives for the citizens to express themselves and communicate more with one another. As the quality of life comes from the quality of the communication, some disconnect between individuals may tangible in public areas (like other big cities) where more social openess could benefit to everyone. As a cosmopolitan city, Singapore would also gain in closing some gaps between social groups by fostering awareness between all ethnicities and generations bringing a tighter integration, understanding and willingness to interact. 5.
