Family and friends - it is where all my family members live and, perhaps, most friends. ![Family and friends][1] 2. Environment - It is nice balance of country side with built - up areas. ![Environment][3] 4. Living costs - People can choose and live according to their income. ![Living Costs][4] 5. Recreation possibilities - a vibrant nightlife. ![Recreation possibilities][5] 3. According to my ideal livability criteria, Hong Kong is 60 because it is not a cultural city. But as a general livability score, Hong Kong should get 70 because of its efficient transport system and low crime rate. 4. If I was the mayor of Hong Kong, I would try to provide more affordable housing. The housing prices is beyond the income of normal household at the moment. The quality of private development is not acceptable, as they tends to provide the minimum living space. 5.
