I live in Mexico City, I live here because my grandparents both from mother and father emigrated from Spain and I belong to the generation that was born in Mexico, I like this place because my house is big and has a garden that is important for me, also I have access to a park just one block of my residence which is located in an area with good infrastructure such as a hospital, supermarket, government council of my area, schools, fitness center, shopping mall. In general this area is safety something that sadly most areas of the country can’t say the same thing. 3. To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria? Education: 95% Environment: 50% Housing:75% Job Opportunities:75% Infrastructure:90% A general livability score for my city, it is hard to say there is a huge gap in the society for inequality we have areas that could have a very high rank and some others that are in a very low score, but something we all share is traffic and pollution due to long distances. 4. What would you change? I would change a lot of things, first of all the city is overpopulated we can’t keep thinking in growing building more apartments for people this is mostly because many services are concentrated in the city and the states lack of them so they must come to them, also job opportunities and the biggest problem right now is safety in the states so they come to the city to refuge from danger, we need more green areas and a better public transport, there are many things to do to improve livability but if you ask which one could be the first, If by magic I could erase CORRUPTION there are many good ideas in the city and in my neighborhood but they are stopped or not well developed because of corruption in the government. 5. Why do we move? I’ve already lived in others countries I decided to live in Canada where I moved but right now I am in Mexico. My list: Zaragoza Spain: People and family, Food, culture, landscapes, security Kyoto Japan: Food, culture, education, public transport, architecture Copenhagen Denmark: Infrastructure, education, transport, economy, environment Canada: I live in Montreal Quebec, but would like to consider Vancouver for the Infrastructure, job opportunities, transport, housing, international connectivity Germany: Economy, education, Infrastructure, political stability, public transport. ![][1] [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14582560712223975.jpg
