I cannot find job in another place 4. My friends live here 5. Low cost of living Question 3) Livability Criteria of Resplendor: 65 Question 4) I would change the infrastructure of my city. The city needs better sanitation, asphalt on the streets, companies generating jobs and a good college to improve the Resplendor's livability.
