Housing Why I live here: Family, friends, connections, karma, possibilities ![Me at a spiritual event with an international crowd][1] Spiritual Event with friends and people from all over the world, made possible by my local connections and the possibilities of Detroit. Ranking: 1 Education - 90, great institutes of education in area, near Ann Arbor with University of Michigan, Wayne State University in city, many libraries and intellectual place 2. International connectivity - 80, Detroit is an international manufacture center, especially automotive, bringing scientist and engineers from all over the word. Also an entertainment hum attracting people. 3. Culture - 75, for my tastes, I like Detroit, much freedom, and self-determination 4. Climate - 75, I live a nice winter with snow, and a summer I can garden. Note all the water nearby. 5. Housing - 80, due to population decline, much available housing at affordable prices. Improvement: More educational outlets for adults and intellectual conversation. Places to Move: New York City, Jerusalem, Amsterdam Same basic reasons - 1. Education 2. International connectivity 3.
