The best universities in the country. 2. Better transportation than most cities in Brazil. 3. Many job opportunities. 4. A very multicultural city. 5. Lots of recreation possibilities, many of them being cost free. To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria? I live in São Paulo, Brazil. 1. Transportation: 60/100 2. Safety: 60/100 3. Education: 60/100 4. Job Opportunities: 80/100 5. Recreation Possibilities: 70/100 General livability: 65/100 What would you change? I would bring jobs closer to where people live, reducing traffic and the need for long distance commuting. I would improve public transportation and make the city more walkable. Why do we move? 1. London: Great transportation system, many parks, multicultural, many leisure options, relatively safe, friendly and polite citizens, walkable, good public health system. 2. Barcelona: Good weather, very lively, good transportation system, walkable, culturally rich. 3. Copenhagen: very walkable, bike lanes, very safe.
