2. ![enter image description here][1] I live in Houston, Texas, USA which I would characterize as an urban environment; it is primarily known as an economic hub for the global energy industry. I moved to Houston for a job opportunity after college, and found it to be a culture shock of sorts--the culture, heat, and driving culture were things that I was unaccustomed to, as someone who is from the Northeastern region of the united states. Job Opportunity would therefore have to be my first reason, followed by Housing an Safety, which I find interrelated necessities as a single female. Infastructure is next, as I find livability of Houston is increased by the quality of things you don't have to (atleast directly) pay for, like city parks and libraries,. The Economy of Houston is last, as I think the continued growth of the city as a whole adds to my experience as a whole. 3. Around 50-- I find my condo to be safe with great ammenities (infastructure) but lacking in cultural and environmental access. The city would be around 45, I find the greater Houston area less safe than my immediate neighborhood, and am not the biggest fan of the summers in my residence as well as the city at large. 4. Definitely public transportation-- Houston is very much driving dependent, and while there is a metro and bus, they are limited in scope and often unreliable. It would be nice to have an alternative, particularly as traffic is notoriously bad at times. 5.
