I was born in the nearby town, all my family lives there. 2. Now I’m getting education in Voronezh. Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering is one of the best Russian architectural universities. 3. Voronezh region is a very beatiful place, with wonderful nature. 4. I enjoy the climate. It is moderate, but sometimes can be very contrasty - hot summers and very cold winters. 5. Moderately good and affordable health care. ![][2] **3. To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria?** Infrastructure 40% Environment 60% Safety 70% Health care 70% International connectivity 30% General livability score: 60% **4. What would you change?** I would develop transport system: ecological means of transport - reestablishing the tram system (it was destroyed by the decision of the Government of the Voronezh region several years ago, in favor of personal transport system). I would definitely pay much attention to bicycle transport, creating more routes. Also I would turn some automobile roads into pedestrian, where possible - to create a much more friendly, comfortable environment. Master plan in general needs serious reconcideration. One of the most important things is developing the cultural life of the city. By now, it is pretty poor and uneventfull. This also applies to sport, education, art and other aspects. I'd like to create more interactions between Voronezh and different Russian cities and between Voronezh and foreign cities. The main aspect of changes would be caring about environment. Thinking carefully about what we do, what we build and what problems we need to solve. **5. Why do we move?** If I had to change my place of residence, I would like to move to: 1) Melbourne, Australia 2) Geneva, Switzerland 3) Singapore Reasons: infrastructure, environment, education, job opportunities, recreational and cultural events, Architecture.
