![][1] I believe with an political stability the other criteria would be easily developed, promotes the safety and this way support the economy with a more confidence climate to economical inversion and the job opportunities. To being on side with this development we need improve the education system and with this 5 criteria, the rest will be developed progressively ---------- - **Why do we live where we live?** I believe that is not a simple response, in my personal case, about six month ago, I moved to other country, from San Salvador, El Salvador to Montevideo, Uruguay. But is not easy made this type of movement, not all the people can say, I don’t like my country, I move to Japan... or other place. I live in Montevideo because I needed a change. ![][2] *About the job opportunities, in this case is not over the top on my list because is difficult the insertion in other country. I know that I should not referring to the past, because I no longer live in San Salvador, but my country have many growth possibilities with many problems, poorly managed by inefficient authorities. ![Montevideo, Uruguay][3] ---------- - **To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria?** ![][4] ---------- - **What would you change?** The problem that I see is related with the economy. I know the taxes are very important to impulse social services, but it seems to the taxes are focused in the middle class, this effect cause an strangulation in this economic class and all the stuff increase their economic value. I would like to improve the laboral insertion, new modalities of urban transport, develop of smart cities characteristics, promote the international connectivity, and improve the sanitation standards. ---------- - **Why do we move?** ![][5] [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14580115904708491.jpg [2]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/1458011748319898.jpg [3]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14580118665165148.jpg [4]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14580119394732735.jpg [5]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14580120657928799.jpg
