In Minneapolis there should be more development to bring the bottom level of livability up to the top. Not all areas of the city are as well developed, connected, or diverse in amenities. The first thing I would do as mayor would be to create a free education and job training system for adults. Anyone out of work, wanting to change jobs, or gain professional certifications would be able to achieve this support from the city. I would also encourage more diversity in housing development type and income levels, and lower barriers to movement in the city by investing in public transit improvements and development of the waterfront, city parks and parkways.
