Very High Density developments at the end of our train lines (peak hour train lines run out every morning empty, to return full to the city), this would be a cheap way to make better use of infrastructure already in place. Subways - Get more people better access to more jobs. Here is the proposed Line 1 subway route. The Hong Kong model of Rail + Property is an inspiration. A few additional details are: * Ticketing will be done by mobile (no ticket gates!) * 3 minute headway * Driverless trains * Congestion pricing (no Tokyo sardine style carriages) ![enter image description here][2]  High Density Living High density areas will be at new stations. As you can see from the image below, it is only a walkable neighbourhood. By having narrow streets we can fit more people into a tiny area. Higher density around our stations allows the subway to be profitable.
