It is very hard to find a place to live in Copenhagen, there is more demand than offer. There are no enough student housing for all the international students they admit in the university. I would move to: Edinburgh + Norway (Job opportunities, Social system, Healthcare, Recreation, Environment) + Basque Country (although the job opportunities are not many right now, there is a feeling of belonging, family and friends which also counts as an important criteria).
