1) Which are you top livability criteria? The most of contributor criteria in determining city livability, I think are in row: a) Economy, b) Climate, c) Infrastructure, d) Job opportunities, e) Safety 2) Why we live where we live? I live at Tirane. Most of reasons I chosen to live here was at first economic and job opportunity. But other criteria became more important with time. These other criteria of: safety, infrastructure, and habitation density, depend not only in the city itself, because different neighborhood of the city offer different condition. My neighborhood have a very low density of population and is near the center of the city, from this came more tranquility from rumors by night, and is simple finding parking. We have a good infrastructure, very stable services electricity water supply etc., and have good access one the important road when regulate the traffic flux in the city. The fact of proximity with government building means more the presence of police forces consequently more safety for families and children. ![Tr 1][1] ![Tr2][2] ![access road][3] 3) To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria? Economy 50/100, Climate 80/100, Safety 90/100, Infrastructure 70/100, Habitation density 80/100 4) What would you change? The first of all will I clean up the city. This will do it setting up a “system” of waste management. This system has to be implemented, not only with improving the job of cleaning enterprise, but also implementing politics for the education of the folk. Adding bins on every street and adding theme of education on the school. Also, will I do a big educational publicity campaign, for the city residents. The other things improving infrastructure and adding recreational park have to be evaluated technically and can’t be made slap-bang. 5) Why do we move? The first cities I wish go to live, is Nantes in France. Second and third will be Adelaide or Melbourne in Australia. The first quality is social security. Second are economic criteria. Third will be safety. Fourth is the climate. At the fifth place are cultural criteria.
