To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria? According to my ideal livability criteria, Kuwait City got .. 20% in environment criteria, 20% in education, 80% in economy, 10% in transportation, 70% in safety. In total Kuwait City got 40% in my ideal livability criteria. 4. What would you change? The most important factor I want to change in Kuwait City is (Transportation). It is very clear to anyone here that transportation in Kuwait is horrible. In my opinion it is very easy to make a change in transportation criteria here. 5. Why do we move?
