Q2. La Paz, Bolivia. I am working for an international organization and this is my actual post of duty. The five reasons I am living in La Paz are: (i) Job Opportunities; (ii) Safety; (iii) Economy; (iv) Culture; and (v) Climate. Q3. According to my ideal livability criteria, La Paz will get 55 points out of 100: Safety 15; Health Care 5; Culture 15; Economy 15; and International Connectivity 5. Q4. As a capital city in a developing country there are many urgent issues, particularly those related to public health and education. In terms of improving the city´s livability in the medium- and long-term, I would prioritize: provision of affordable housing, the accessibility and safety of public transportation and the improvement of infrastructure, especially considering risks derive from climate change. Q5. I would select: Brasilia, Washington DC. and Buenos Aires.
