Do this on basis of the terms in your ranking. My customized livability shows that the higher the standard livability score, the higher it is the deviation from my customized livability. It seems that my priority in livability is so much different with the priority of the city management in terms of prioritizing the development focus of their cities. I always see that environment, transportation, and health are very important in the development of cities, but in condition that it provides a good opportunity for personal growth and strong engagement in the communities. Even though it is a civic involvement in a passive way or in a digital community, it still provides some form of engagement for the people to contribute for the development of their cities. I see opportunity and engagement as two of the most important terms in my livability criteria because they are the criteria that will allow my long term development in life and career.
