My preferable route is the blue one, since I prefer to spend as less time as possible inside means of public transport and walk instead. But unfortunately there are two cons in this route, first the cost (1e more than the other options per route for an unsolved administration issue that goes on for years) and the extremely rare schedule (every 2 hours and not reliable). I mostly use the black route, so I can minimize my time in the bus and walk a bit more through a nice neighborhood. I avoid the red route by all means, the time in the bus is too much,crowded, with plenty of traffic, bad ventilation. And the walking route after is very hostile for the pedestrians.
