Mobility in metro manila is rather limited. Wether you use public or private transportation, there is an enormous amount of congestion all the time. What makes it worse is the public transportation is unpredictable based on if there are break downs or if it is rush hour. ![enter image description here][1] Path 1: Least Preferred, it will take the longest time to go to school. This path will involve the most walking and waiting between paths. Walking distance is about 600m. Path 2: Most Preferred, it will take the shortest time to go to school. This path will involve the least walking and waiting. It is not the most economical but it is the most time effective path. Walking distance is less than 100m. Path 3: Average, this is more convenient than path 1 and is more economical than path 2. The reason I don't prefer this mode of transport is the public transportation is unpredictable.
