Just half early and the time can reduce to 15 mins. As the route is a major road in the city, it has many signals which can add upto 5 mins to the travel time. The first half of the walk is pleasant as there are wide footpaths as well as huge trees that give shade. The footpaths are free of encroachments and thus without any major obstructions on one side of the road. The later part of the walk is stressing as it traverses on a road without footpaths as well as mixed mode traffic. As there is no continuity it takes a lot of time.
