General: 40/100 4. I would do to things: build transportation infrastructure and fair market housing. We have half a subway line built and a light rail line away from where most of the people live. Most of the new housing isn't affordable by at least 95% of the people who live here. 5. I would move to somewhere maybe more "boring" as discussed in the lecture to have better resources, but these cities would satisfy that cultural requirement too.
