![Route Plan][2] I am lucky to live in a place where there are quite a few options to get to work, most of which are pretty convenient. I prefer to use Route 1 or Route 2, depending on the weather. If it is not raining, I like to walk, as the streets I take are not too busy and it is a relaxing way to start the day and get some exercise. If it's raining, or I am running late, I take Route 2 and get the bus. Sometimes the traffic is really bad, and I have to get off the bus and speed walk, or jump on the London Underground - which can be stressful as I don't want to be late - but it is rare that this happens. If there has been a problem with the bus or one of the roads is closed, then I take the tube (London Underground). However, this is not as enjoyable as taking the bus as it is hot, very crowded, and a lot more expensive. Also, given the distances and the time involved - with the extra cost - it rarely makes sense to take the tube so I use Route 3 the least. I am trying to cycle a bit more (Route 4) but it is currently cold and wet, and I am still a bit scared to cycle in London! I am building up to it so that hopefully, by the time the weather is good, I will be ready! I think walking will definitely remain my favourite option though, as it is free, easy (much easier than needing to lock my bike up somewhere) and it relaxing.
