Transportation/Job Opportunities I currently live in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. why , because firstly the climate and the weather of this place is just beautiful and comfortable compared to other good cities in india. Have lived in mumbai and delhi and i must say i have never felt so comfortable in terms of climate. secondly, Love the open-minded accepting culture, it's the most receptive and chilled out city in india so far. thirdly, Job opportunities are better than other cities. fourth - The possibility of meeting and finding people of similar mind sets and interests with whom i can connect instantly. and share ideas, culture, art, history, anything for that matter. and fifth and finally the art of living ashram, a place to go deeper into yourself right next to your place of living, just 20 kms from the main city. spiritual connection, rejuvenation and reinventing yourself has become so much more easier and amazing because of presence of this ashram. ![view from my desk at the studio looking towards the golf course][1] ![the green environment][2] ![THE AOL ASHRAM][3] 3) well according to my ideal liveable criteria, it comes down to 60% . and The general livability score is again a relative to an indian context and so on an indian context i would give it a 60%. 4) First measures i would take to change in this city is the preservation and conservation of the natural resources and environment which highly threatened. the green environment is lost leaps and folds everyday. secondly i would revamp the whole transportation system. thirdly, recreate the strategy towards the future and immediate developments in the city as they have a huge impact on the liveability of the city. and lastly, rather than concentrating development in and around the city and exploding it i would rather go for creating satellite towns which are very well connected and also separated so that they act as spillover areas to cater to the city. 5) three places i would like move to are - Melbourne - Mumbai - Milan/Amsterdam/Barcelona The reasons being the culture, the food, the vibrancy of city, opportunities and recreational possibilities.
