In my point of view, there is a list of top 5 criteria that is the most important to livability, including: - Political stability - Safety - Climate - Environment - Job Oportunities 2. Why do i live in HCMC? I am living in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. There are several reasons that convinced me that this city is worth fo living, including: The first reason is political stability. Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), in particular and Viet Nam , as a whole, has a stable background of politics - foundation for modern life, as in my though ![Political Stability][1] As a result, HCMC's stable polictical background is the major factor contributing to safety which is the second reason, ![enter image description here][2] Following, climate is another important criteria that decide if i live in HCMC. However, my evaluation to this is not high because of its very hot climate, especially in the dry season. Besides, environment is the forth reason that should be considered. HCMC got a friendly environment in terms of social environment that attrated me so much ![enter image description here][3] However, without Job, livability is nothing. Therefore, Job Oportunities is that firth reason that HCMC could supply me ![enter image description here][4] 3. To what extend does your HCMC fulfill my ideal livability criteria? - Political stability (80) - Safety (90) - Climate (60) - Environment (70) - Job Oportunities (85) ==> General score of livability is 77 4. What would I change? In my viewpoint, flooding, traffic congestion as well as heat island is a major problem that need to be solved . Since then, the main direction should be shift from fast growing to sustainability in order that HCMC could be a livable city as the Resolution of the Commynist Party Congression of HCMC 2015 5. Why do I move? In case of moving to other city, there is a list of 3 cities that i would select as place of residence, including: Boston, Singapore, and Newyork.
