In the historic center you don't notice it a lot because it has been urbanistically conceived before the introduction of the car in our society, but when you go to the periphery things changes a lot. Despite the the investments and the great effort of the last years you can easily see that there is still a lot to do and that, for now, the result is still a situation that encourages the use of the car instead of the bike.
