During the winter I mostly prefer the first route, because during the rush hours it's impossible to stay calm after such a train, thus, to escape rich the highest level of happiness - the route 1 is preferable. However, going by car is always connected with traffic jams. Therefore, during spring/summer/fall the route is absolutely comfortable to go on foot.
