A major problem in the city of Cusco is the trash, I think in this case the citizens can take a part of Citizen Design Science to generate solutions to this problem, having realized that this problem also occurs due to lack of local government budget. Citizens could share why they do not recycle, reuse, or segregate their solid waste, they could also state whether and how they would be willing to do so. On the other hand I would like to know why there are not bothered by this mound of garbage in the city and know what factors contribute to a specific site of the city is dirtier than another.
