2. I choose to live in Montevideo, Uruguay even when is not my city/country of birth for different reasons: first of all is safety, then education and culture, public space availability, because teh city is inclusive, beautiful and people are nice and gentle. Some time for me it seems that Montevideo is living like other countries used to live 30 years ago, people are happy, relaxed and most of the still trust their neighbors, government and community. ![Great public space! "Rambla de Montevideo"][1] ![Public space availability, nice people, safety][2] ![Beautiful city!][3] 3. Rating for place of residence by ideal livability criteria : 70 out of 100. General livability score for my city: 80 out of 100 4. If I were the major I would work mainly on two topics: improve public education and create more community centers to offer people activities but also spaces of meeting; I strongly believe that cities are really cretaed by people and When you meet people to discuss , learn, spend time together : great ideas come out of the process!. The other main topic would be environment, especially solid waste management where I think a circular economy approach would be best. 5. I'll move to: a) NYC due job oppprtunities, infrastructure, education, new environment and urbanistic approach and of course culture! b) Singapore: safety, infrastructure, transportation, environment and for the experience of learning of an innovative city. c) Boston: education, culture, transportation, environment and safety [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14442237529609509.jpg [2]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14442237866462651.jpg [3]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14442241454567793.jpg
