How would you do that? Think of how you can improve the sources and the consumption of energy.** 1.- Promote public transport (trains) 2.- Withdraw the tax on solar panels for particulars 3.- Invest on alternative energies and focus on that. The problem will be ever the transport and the industry. Transports, atleast until the electric car settle, it will need oil.
