Ibadan is my chose area of study and two paces are in comparison, Mokola and Akobo Mokola(urban)in 1986 used to have a average surface temperature with the range 24°-27°C while rural surrounding areas like Akobo have a temperature range of 21°-24°C. But over the years it was observed that Mokola, due to improved development now have 29.3° –31.3°C while surrounding rural areas now have temperature range on 28-30C. My submission for intervention is to plant more greeneries question 4. I don not have
