I am from Paris, according to me, as I have been living in different cities during the last year, the most livable cities are: 1. Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in Spain 2. Paris 3. London 4. Lugano, Switzerland 5.Milan. Depending upon the health care facility, education, infrastructure and public transportation, economic reforms and growth. Here in Paris I would say that care facilities and education are working properly, the system is very well organized and we could extend that to urban transportation as well ( the metro line and the TGV systems is very well seen in Europe).Still, the traffic by car is going in the city center and in historical areas, in order to be more sustainable I guess some areas could eventually become pedestrian (such as in some historical cities in Italy). For economic reforms and growth nothing is very evident in this moment due to the pandemic, but Paris is still growing as the project for the Grand Paris is still going on and new metro stops are being made
