My five most liveable cities are Helsinki, Tokyo, Toronto, Singapore, and Melbourne. I think what makes a city liveable is that the city is sustainable. It supports its inhabitants' wellbeing. The city also has excellent public facilities, the city promotes affordable living choices, and the city has an excellent education facility. My city quality is far from those characteristics. Jakarta isn't sustainable, but it's going that way by having TOD in a few areas. The public facilities also aren't that good. The city land price is relatively high, so it doesn't promote affordable living choices. Jakarta has one of the best universities in Indonesia, and it also has excellent schools, but if we analyze it with other countries, it's not as good as they seem. Jakarta could start making more efforts to meet these characteristics. Jakarta could try studying and researching more about how to be more liveable and sustainable. Then they could start making more facilities that support the liveability and sustainability of the city.
