The developing infrastructure then was also an eminent determinant for the decision to move. We also have a well connected Indian community which helps us practice our traditions and stay in touch with our culture. I will introduce a policy for equality in the work place by which a mother will be given a 6 month paid maternity leave and a father will be given the next 6 months as paid paternity leave.
