According to my personal opinion these are the followings top 5 most liveable cities: 1) Melbourne, Australia 2) Singapore 3- Copenhagen, Denmark 4) Vienna, Austria 5) Thimphu, Bhutan Five characteristics that to my knowledge make a city liveable are: Clean air and water, less pollution, Planned Transport systems, Safe and open to different cultures, Good healthcare systems, good education and political systems. I live in Jaipur, India and consider it a wonderful place to live in as Jaipur always strives to provide for its citizens be it in Public transportation, healthcare, education etc. Jaipur though being a city with hot and dry climate has maintained a lot of green pockets which enhances the air quality and regulates the number of cars which exists in the city resulting in less air pollution.
