In Lima, I can identify people, food and waste. 1.People come from different cities inside Peru to Lima to attend festivals and religious activities. They stay for a few days and they return to there cities.These activities are aproximately twice a month. This is an interesting topic because this activities could be descentralised so other cities could take benefits of this temporarily tourist. 2.Lima centre does not produce fruits and vegetables, they are produce in the rural areas outside the city. The distribution process only includes the transportation of raw materials, not procesed food. This occured daily and during the mornings. I thnih is s good practice because it reduces the co2 emisions and Lima citizens can nutrate by plant based and healthy food. 3.Waste is one of the biggest stock problems of Lima. Not all Municipalities hold a recycle program to make manage waste. In the future I hope these programs to be increased and develop recycle industries.
