In our living place, the ecosystem service available is a water body with an adjacent open space with lush greenery. a. Provisioning service - The water body is a major source for water demand of the place and also contributes towards strengthening the economy through tourism since the place is a major tourist attraction. b. Regulating service - The thick vegetation and water body provides a favorable micro climate by regulating the temperature and humidity. Also provides shade from scorching sun. c. Habitat or supporting service - The place supports by giving fresh air, soil regeneration, food supply to some extent etc. d. Cultural services - The ecosystem also acts as a public gathering space and reinforces social and cultural aspects of the living community
