1.Job Opportunity Infrastructure Housing Health Care Safety 2. I stay in Newport, Jersey City, NJ, USA. The area is very safe especially for women. It is very convenient to travel to and from New York City especially for a working individual/a student. Ease of access to basic necessities such as transport (rail, ferry and road). Open and green spaces which allow for a relaxed and calm environment (recreation). Social and cultural events keep the residents engaged and together and create new connections. 3. On a scale of 1-100 the livability criteria of my place of residence fulfills the ideal livability criteria mention in this week’s lecture series. I would give a general livability score of 92 for my place of residence. 4. Generate more job opportunities within the area and reduce the housing cost. By generating more job opportunities more working class people will want to come to the area to live. This will in turn lead to demand more than supply which will lead to the creation of more housing units. 5.
