2. If the habitats of the neighbourhood feel unsafe in the evening and during the night, there must be certain reasons why they feel so.That's why first of all I would interact with the locals to find the reason behind it.Then,according to their response I would analyse the problem step by step without neglecting various factors such as social factors,political factors and demographic factors.After coming to a definite conclusion the I would take action to minimize the problem. If i were working for the local government to solve this problem, I would clearly address the problem of the locals to the officials and provide a clear picture of the program for an effective analysis. Some of the instant solutions I would suggest would be increasing street lights, control of crimes, and building parks and public interaction areas.
